Monday Morning in the Kitchen: Layered Summer Berries

I think that sometimes the simplest dishes are the most tasty.  Such is the case with these layered summer berries.

A recipe is hardly needed, but I will give you one:

1.  Vastly overestimate the size of your trifle bowl.  Buy enough berries and whipping cream to feed an army.

2.  Do not take into account the fact that you will want 6 equal layers total.  Make the first two layers fill half the bowl.

3.  Underestimate the amount of sugar you should add to the whipping cream.  You want this dish to be healthy, after all.

You may choose to make minor adjustments to the recipe, and that's OK.  You really can't go wrong with fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and whipped cream!
