Sunday Musings of the Spirit: Patience

We're several weeks into the new year now.  How are you doing with your resolutions?  If you have "slipped up," don't despair.  Part of Hebrews 12:1 says, "let us run with patience the race that is set before us."  No need to quit the race; just keep plugging along.

Maybe you have been faithfully keeping your resolutions, but results aren't coming as quickly as you hoped.  Again, have patience.

This short video helps remind us that patience pays off in the end:

Thanks for life and the chance to develop character traits.

  1. I was really needing this right about now! My weight loss is not happening as fast as I was hoping, and I was getting a little anxious this morning! This helped put it in perpective! Thanks!

  3. Thanks for the encouragement! I am trying to lose weight to help control my diabetes. It's really hard and I often feel like giving up. But I will just keep "pluggin along!"
